Inspired by one of the oldest and most storied offshore yacht races in the world, the Marblehead to Halifax D-Ring Belt celebrates a tradition that has connected New England and Nova Scotia for well over a century. Woven on durable navy nylon webbing, the belt features repeating Marblehead and Halifax burgee flags alongside bold red lettering—a subtle nod to the sailors who have made the 360+ nautical mile passage across the Gulf of Maine since 1905.

Finished with polished stainless steel D-rings, this belt is built to handle life on and off the water. At 42 inches in length, it comfortably fits up to approximately a 32-inch waist. The nylon construction also makes it easy to customize—simply trim the webbing to your preferred length and carefully melt the cut edge to prevent fraying, creating a perfect fit that's made just for you.

The Marblehead to Halifax Ocean Race began in 1905, born from the strong maritime ties between Massachusetts and Nova Scotia. Today, it is recognized as the longest continuously running offshore ocean race of its kind, challenging generations of sailors with fog, tides, shifting weather, and open Atlantic waters. Jointly organized by the Boston Yacht Club and the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron, the race remains a defining test of seamanship and a celebration of the enduring bond between two great sailing communities.
