This is a hands-on retail role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including customer service and sales, inventory and merchandising, hiring and scheduling a small part-time team, and coordinating reorders and seasonal buys with our Marblehead location. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable working independently, and excited to become an expert on the FL Woods brand and product. 20–40 hours per week, including weekends. Retail Operations Manager - Marblehead, MA
FL Woods is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Manager to help run the behind-the-scenes operations of our Marblehead flagship and support our Tiburon location. This role owns inventory accuracy, receiving, stockroom organization, inter-store transfers, vendor shipments, special and custom orders, and online fulfillment. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory systems, and able to work independently. FL Woods is looking for part-time Sales Associates for our Marblehead, Massachusetts and Tiburon, California stores. Sales Associates are the face of FL Woods, helping customers find the right products, ringing sales and returns, keeping the store stocked and looking its best, and assisting with receiving and day-to-day store operations. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people with weekend availability; prior retail experience is helpful but not required. 1–3 days per week with additional peak-season hours available.
